The ultrasound washing system is made by two fundamental  parts: a frequency generator and a transducer generally electrostrictive,  applied to the tank. The transducer converts the electricity from the  generator into mechanic energy as high frequency vibrations. these vibrations  are propagated in the liquid, causing the cavitation phenomenon which is the  formation of alternate zones of high pressure and vacuum, and then the dissolution and the creation of very small bubbles empty subjected to stress of 100 kg / m2. The energy that these bubbles give to the piece to be washed, is superior to any conventional mechanical action. The mechanical action, combined with the chemical (detergent for ultrasound 904) allows the perfect wash of different workpieces.
